Domus Housewares

I’ve always walked by Domus Housewares on my way to Domus Café but never dropped in. I finally decided to drop in as I was looking for some new items for my kitchen and they have a large selection of items for a kitchen. They carry some nice mid to upper range items. They seem to keep a theme of a more modern home with the items they carry.
Unlike another houseware store in and around the Byward Market I find the staff pretty friendly and helpful. They actually come by to help you track down items if they see you’ve been browsing a long time or backtracked your steps.
The best part, from time to time depending on where you are in the spacious store, you can smell the wonderful aromas from the café!
I also believe they do gift wrapping for you in store but I’ve never requested this.
