I first came into contact with First Class Autobody in 2012. My 2008 Toyota Tacoma had been in a rear end accident, and my local Toyota dealership recommended I try First Class. If a dealership is willing to make a recommendation to a specific autobody shop, I would take that into strong consideration. When I arrived at First Class Autobody, the owner of the company Joshua Jhun greeted me in person, and instantly I new why he was highly recommended. He is one of those rare people today that you can tell is genuinely kind and honest. That was my first impression then, and it was my lasting impression after just going back to have a front end collision repair done on my 2014 Toyota Tundra. On both occasions Joshua greeted me in person. He took time to look over my vehicles and talk to me in detail about the damages, repairs and have gave me accurate time estimates all while never rushing me in and out of the door. He is an owner/​operator and his quality of workmanship is on par with any autobody shop around. This last repair that is now complete, prompted me to write this glowing review. Joshua was really, truly fully booked and had no room for me, yet he insisted I come by so he could take a look at the damage (truck was still drivable). When he saw it, he said he HAD to take it. The truck wasn’t safe to drive, and he didn’t want to see me wait until after the Christmas break. It’s my understanding that he also does customs, and has a separate high end facility for luxury and custom cars. Joshua is a former employee of First Class, and I’m told he bought the company 4 – 5 years ago. If you need autobody repairs, custom work or ICBC repairs. Take the time to visit First Class and speak to him. I’m sure you will have a First Class Experience just I have 2 times previously.
