Optical Shop of Richmond Hill

I went there for replacement of my broken glasses. Since my last eye examination is some time ago when I first have the pair, I am not sure whether my eye sight has been changed.
The owner Patrick is a very easy going and customer oriented person. From what he talked about, he is very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me in testing out my axles and tried many different combinations of variation up to the point that I felt totally comfortable. He spent almost an hour with me and further explained to me in details about the make, country origin, the coating, material differences and indices. I finally chose the highest index for my glasses. The price of course is a bit more expensive than what I used to pay.
Another pair of my glasses that I prepared to throw away due to the broken arm of the frame, he took a look and advised me to send it back to the Manufacturer to have it repaired. The cost is minimal and I can have an extra pair of glasses. A very nice suggestion!
