Susan Tan – State Farm Insurance Agent

These guys are Crooks ! They will lure you in gently and once they have their claws in you that is when the bad customer service, un returned calls, rate increases (that you are never informed of) begins. The broker Susan Tan is probably THE WORST agent you can possibly find. If you wanna do business with State farm Go right ahead at your own risk, but do yourself a HUGE favour and don’t do business with Susan Tan agency. The agents (well 90% of them) don’t speak proper English, so there is always the miscommunication factor. They quoted me 189 for my car Insurance, my first bill was 238 ! after contacting their head office (since there is no way you can reach the agents) they decreased it to 202, and they told me the agent has input that as the original quote. can you say liars and cheaters?
I asked for my homeowner’s insurance as my mortgage was closing, took them 2 days to send it to me and that was only after I called and complained to their supervisor. they almost jeopardized my Mortgage. Seriously and truly, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR and DO NOT DEAL with these unprofessional, incompetent pieces of Work !
