I will update after my event! BUT, so far the customer service here has been awesome.
I have consistently found wedding vendors to be sort of unhelpful and rude.
Lily was so helpful and accommodating! We didn’t have an appointment as we were originally in the shop to speak only about floral arrangements. Lily took the time to talk to us. and within a few minutes had our décor planned out.
