Worst that I’ve ever experienced. Stuff attitude extremely horrible. Very small pot of tea for three ppl to share plus charging75 cents everytime refill. Bad service though force to charge 20%tips on top of everything. I would say its a rip off. At least me and all of my frs wont go this place again.

If I could give this place a negative score I will. I seriously just made my Unilocal account to warn others not to come to this location(Richmond). So my friend from out of town came to visit for the week and we were planning to have a really fun night at karaōke so we went to mix 2 in Richmond. I’ve been going to Mix 2BURNABY consistently over the past 6 years so I think it’s a good place to hang on a Friday night. When we arrived, the mix2 «manager» asked us how many hours are we’re going to stay. We said 1 hour. She were nice enough and gave us an option, they said, «would you like us to remind you when you’re hour is up or do you want to pay for what you’re singing when you leave?(no time limit)» We just wanted the 1 hour so we went with the first option of them reminding us when the 1 hour is up and we’ll leave. During our hour, we ordered drinks too, and when the«manager» that brought us our drinks, we asked again if she could remind us when our hour was up and they said yes politely. For the customers that have been to the bby mix 2 or kmix, when you’re in a large group and during busy times(weekend nights at 12am~) you say specifically you want 1 or 2 hours. The karaōke machine actually stops when your time is up. So when we were singing I felt like we passed our 1 hour, so we just got out of the room and we were going to pay our bill and leave. The«manager» said we went over 1hour 19mins, we asked how come they didn’t remind us of the hour cause we chose the option of having a reminder. They said they were too busy and they can’t keep track. Then she kept saying she can’t stop the machine, the bill is printed and she can’t do anything. I told her the mix 2 location in bby stops the machine when you’re time is up and she said we’re different store. Each store has their own policy, the burnaby operates differently. I asked her how were we suppose to know because every time we went to the mix2 in burnaby they would do the same thing. She«explained» that even though they have the same name, they operate differently with different policies. Then she admit it was their fault for not reminding us but we have to pay the whole bill or else she’ll call the police. She even told us that we can either call the police or she will. We all told her we’re just going to pay for our drinks and the 1 hour and when I was trying to talk, she was screaming and said«SHUSH, LETMETALK. AREYOULISTENINGTOME.» Great customer service mix2! Then she threatened us and said she was going to call the police, we told her to go ahead. She«called» 911, and she dialed for 20seconds and there was no pick-up. The police won’t pick up calls? SHOCKING –_-, good act mix2! Finally she hung up the phone and said, «I’m not going to spend my whole time trying to reach them. You know what I can do? I’ll just pay the extra with MYOWNMONEY and you pay for the drinks and the 1 hour». During this whole incident, there was never an apology. The fact that she yelled, told me to SHUSH, and«attempted to call the police» even though she admitted she was wrong, was super unprofessional. We would’ve paid the extra money if she just apologized. It wasn’t even a big deal but her throwing the fact that she said she was going to remind us TWICE when our time was up and try to put the blame on us was just unacceptable, if you didn’t offer to remind us in the first place, we would’ve set a timer our phones to begin with. All in all, the«manager» as mix-2RICHMOND was horribly rude and please be prepared to be yelled at and never accept the offer of them«reminding» you of your time.
