I was given the task to order a flower spray arrangement for my grandfathers funeral. Living all the way in Chicago and with very little time, I placed an order with another florist in Toronto. To make a long story short, my first choice in a florist didn’t come through. In full panic mode, I decided to go with Lavender Rose Flowers and placed my order while I was still at work.
A person by the name of Carol took my order. Already in full panic mode, I really didn’t know what to order. Carol confidently guided me through the whole process and I chose the colors and placed the order for the floral spray arrangement. Carol gave me assurance that I would love the floral spray arrangement.
On the day of the viewing I saw the most beautiful flower spray arrangement amongst others. I walked up to it and was astonished to see it was the one I ordered. Carol if you were in my presence, I would give you a great big hug. Everyone raved about it and a few people wanted to know where I ordered it from. Let’s just say you’ll be having new customers in the near future!!! Carol your flower spray arrangement brought a ray of happiness, comfort, and sunshine on what was a very sad day for my family and I.

This place has been my family florets for over a decade. Service has always been amazing, flowers are stunning & last, great customer service. If you have any questions the staff is very knowledgable. It’s really a lovely local place, very charming. I would recommend this place in a second. I have never had a problem with this business.
