I used Duncan to sell my house while I was on vacation and he gave me a prompt respond he adviced me with some details I should had it done. I followed his advices and sell the house on no time at the price that he expected to be. Exellant job Duncan. I really will use your service again to buy my investment house. As well I am a printer I see on his flayers that he sell houses more than the asking price in no time while I do print for other agents which takes them away longer time to close a transaction. I wish I know you Duncan 13 years ago when I bought my first house

As a graphic design and advertising specialist i have been working with Duncan for several years. I am always impressed by the incredible number of marketing techniques he employs to promote his clients’ properties.
He is active in traditional media such as print and web and he often quoted in regional newspapers. He is most impressively on the cutting edge of all of the new social media. He is on youtube, facebook, google +, Linked in, Duncan is a consummate blogger, he has a large twitter following.
I highly recommend Duncan and his team because there are very few agents that I have seen who have the ability to market a property the way he can.

My wife and I were very nervous about buying our first home. Duncan was extremely patient and helpful with out never ending questions and dodgy listings we kept sending him. He assured us the house we were looking for was out there and he was going to find it for us. Did he ever follow through on that promise! He found us the perfect house in our budget and introduced us to a beautiful new neighbourhood mere steps from the lake! Thanks Duncan we could not be happier!

Duncan is a great realtor! He knows the city so well was able to find us our first home within 5 days! It was an ideal first home with everything that we were looking for. He’s also given great advice on how to take care of our home and what to expect. He’s also a great advisor for anything to do with our house. I’ve gone to him for home inspectors and mortgage broker.
