For almost 80 years, and three generations, the Halpern name has been over the doors of fine men’s shops in Toronto. H. HALPERN ESQ. is a Canadian-​owned, family operated business. We have enjoyed creating and sharing our unique dress shirts, ties and accessories with clients from around the globe. H. HALPERN ESQ. is known as an innovative company with fresh fashion ideas based on very old-​fashioned concepts such as: Expertise, courtesy, quality and attention to detail.

As the third generation Halpern in the Toronto menswear industry, Meredith Halpern takes a keen interest in fashion trends. With a Fine arts degree, and a love of men’s fashion, Meredith brings an artistic flare to the dress shirt that are designed exclusively for the shop, as well as creating beautiful catalogues each season. With each generation comes new innovation. Mail order and website business has evolved out of this one hotel boutique and a demand for these exclusive men’s shirts, and unique accessories, has spread worldwide.
