This store is in no way set up to be customer friendly. It’s always understaffed, and the staff is distracted and or unknowledgeable. I watched one staff member be rude to another customer. Even just returning something I bought online to this location was stressful and difficult. Additionally, there are parameters in place to make every transaction as difficult as possible for the customer, although this in no way reflects on the staff. This company would do well to rethink their business model!

Since Eatons is an absolute hot mess all the time with the mass amount of shoppers daily, it does reflect from this store.
Never have adequate stock. Never have the size/​colour/​style that I need. Most unfriendly workers — they seem to hate the customers and with the mass amount of people, it doesn’t help with that attitude. Most unhelpful workers.
If I need to go to a Soft Moc, I will never consider this location. It is such a disappointment since it would be nice to enjoy doing all your shopping in one convenient location, such as the Eaton Centre. If anything, head down to Queen St. West location. Never as busy as this location and the workers actually enjoy giving you their two cents before you make a purchase!

Softmoc is a newish obsession. I dropped in here the other day, but didn’t see anything. The store was busy also. I guess a girl only needs so many pairs of moccasins!
