Denise is the absolute best doggy nanny. We had never used services like hers before but we started to run out of dog sitter options and found her on Unilocal.We communicate via email for the most part and she always responds promptly. She came over to our home to meet us and our Lucky, then we signed some papers and gave her our house key.
I don’t know what it is about her, but we trusted her and Lucky took took to her right away.
She takes group walks twice a day in the North Shore for a couple of hours and Lucky comes back nice and tuckered out. She posts pictures from the walks almost everyday and Lucky and all the dogs look so freaking happy!
Lucky stayed with her for a few days while we were away in June, and she was nice enough to pick him up and drop him off, take him on the walk each day for only $ 45 a day, worth every penny. She also emailed us to let us know how he was doing (as well as posting on Facebook) which was very comforting. She really cares about the dogs and I know I will never have to look elsewhere, I just hope she doesn’t get too busy!

Mr. Fenwick goes hiking with Denise all the time. I’ve never had one complaint. We’ve been using Biscuits Pet Services for 2 and a half years, and we have used numerous other pet walking services before. Our dog, comes back tired, and all hiked out. I’ve never seen a happier dog when Denise comes over its like we never walk him. I would definitely recommend Biscuits and Denise as a dog walker.

Denise takes my dog for weekly hikes, and she is very gentle and patient with her. Sunny comes back tired and ready to sleep for the rest of the day. It’s a great alternative to dog daycare, as Sunny is a bit shy and doesn’t really like being in close quarters with other dogs all day. On hikes she is free to run around and sniff whatever she wants, and she can stay home for the rest of the afternoon and nap on the couch.
I love seeing the photos of the hikes on facebook, and when I’m having a busy week it’s nice to know that Sunny will get at least one really good outdoor adventure.

Biscuits is wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about Denise. Still heartbroken that she no longer has the daycare (and would be first in line to get our pup back in should she re-​open).
We’ve been taking our slightly wild, very enthusiastic, pound special dog to Denise for a year and a half. First at the daycare, where he always came home exhausted and happy, with a great report card letting us know everything about his day (including what kind of poop he took, which, I must say, as a perhaps overly-​concerned dog parent, I really appreciated). As I said, when they closed the doors (due, as I understood it, to the common Vancouver experience of a sudden steep increase in rent), we were crushed. Despite having tried multiple other doggy daycares in town, we have been unable to find a business that even comes close to the standard set by Biscuits.
Now we send our mutt with Denise once a week for a hike, and yet again, he comes back exhausted and happy. Indeed, he sometimes seems as though he’d rather stay with her than go home! Denise clearly cares about him, and always has a sweet story to tell (and posts pictures of him up on facebook during the day so we can see the fun he’s having.)
We have also boarded our guy with Denise on a few occasions now, and have been able to confidently leave him there knowing he will be loved and well-​cared for.
Highly, highly recommended. If you need a dog walker/​boarding services, dog training, you can’t do better than Biscuits. And if she ever opens a daycare again, you should jump at the chance to get your dog in.

I started taking my dog here recently to get him socializing with other dogs. I love getting report cards when I pick him up.
The staff there are friendly and they all get excited when i bring my dog in. I love that I can drop him off without needing to call in advance.
Last week they had a Easter egg hunt with the dogs and took pictures of my dog with bunny ears. They also gave me some treats to take him in a cute Easter bag.
My dog is always clean when I pick him up and always pooped for the rest of the day!

Denise and her employees have come over a few times to cat sit when we are out of town. Everyone we have worked with in the company has been very friendly and great with our cat. We have full confidence in using them, and highly, highly recommend them if you need a pet sitter.

My pup has been going on hikes with Denise for the last few months. Denise is awesome with my dog who is a high energy/​hyper girl. I was looking for someone who would not only take my dog for a hike to tire her out but also involve some obedience during the hikes because it was really important to me that my dogs training is consistent. Biscuits has been great and my dog and I are really happy with the service. I’ve also done boarding with Denise and when I came home I had a happy content dog waiting for me. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Biscuits & Denise :) I trust her care and judgement and felt 100% comfortable leaving our labradoodle with her. Our dog loved the trail hikes & the in home boarding accommodations suited his needs completely.
We moved out of Vancouver, so it is not practical for us to use the service anymore but I highly recommend them.

We have been taking our dog to Biscuits Ecoden Dog Daycare since he was about 7 months old. He loves it there and is always tuckered out when he gets home. He even comes home with a report card that gives us some insight into how he spent his day (what he learned and who his favourite buddies are).
We really like that this is a smaller daycare and our dog doesn’t come home all smelly like he does when we have taken him to larger ones.
The staff is super friendly, as well. They randomly post videos and photos of the dogs on their Facebook page. We like this because we can see how much fun our dog has there.
We have also used Biscuits boarding services. It was really nice to leave our dog with a pack and person that he already knew.

Totally love this place and trust them with my little staffy 500%.
He gets a report card after every visit, his own little cubby hole to put his leash in and all the dogs there are very happy and well-​adjusted.
A discount voucher brought me into this place, but based on my experience — I am happy to pay full price for day care.

We’ve been using Denise with Biscuits for the last few months after spotting some awesome deals for her services.
We are very happy with everything thus far — she keeps us up to date, and obviously pays attention to the animals as they are out and about (if she notices anything seems off, we get an email or a text).
Also — great value, which of course we like. Definitely recommend it!
A brief update: Have now been using Denise for more than a year, and have used her boarding as well. She’s truly the best. She’s so flexible and manages to squeeze my dog in for a hike whenever I encounter an unexpected long day or shift.
