Nightmare… My wife and I dropped by, asking how I can get an iPhone6. Both of the sales, Eric Wang and Catherine(not sure if these are real names as they refuse to reveal their employee ID nor getting their manager), keep sending text messages and didn’t even bother looking at us. Eric(the guy) simply said go to , and look for ‘Reserve iPhone6’. Fine. We returned to the dental office(my wife and I have dental appointments in the same mall). While waiting for the hygienist, I opened , and tried to reserver an iPhone6. However, I was confused on some term(i.e. I need a 2-year ‘Share Everything’ contract, but I’m good with my current contract), and dropped by again to clarify my confusion. Catherine, the lady, was not helpful but kept sending text messages as before. The guy said I need to sign a new contract, which costs $ 80 per month. I explained that I’m happy with my current $ 50 contract(which has 3G data in it), and wonder if I can continue with my current plan. The guy started becoming impatient, and said(his own word) ‘I told you already: either go spend over $ 1000 at Apple store, or pay Rogers $ 80 a month. I don’t have other options for you.’, and turned to another customer, asking ‘How can I help you Madam?‘ I got so irritated, and asked for his employee ID and get his manager. They both refused to do so, and ask me to leave their store. I wanted to take photos of them, and they asked security to drive me off the mall. The other customer(the ‘madam’) explained to what happened during our conversation, so that the security understands what happen(and didn’t send me off)… This is the most terrible customer service experience I’ve ever had. So advice for you: stay away from this branch: Rogers Authorized Dealer — BC Wireless Solutions 370 East Broadway Kingsgate Mall Unit 107 Vancouver, BCV5T4G5

So it’s time for a new phone for Alicyn C, she keeps complaining that Unilocal is too slow, and we all know we can’t have a slow Unilocaler so I went through the process to upgrade her phone with Rogers. I started by putting her in the online reservation queue offered by rogers. That part was pretty seamless and sure enough we got an e-mail from Rogers that the phone is ready for pickup in-store on Davie St. We get a call and we are now told the phone is ready for pickup at Kingsgate Mall — not the location that I asked for and not the location Rogers said it would be in the email. I don’t know if Cellmart or Rogers is to blame there but already I’m getting a little annoyed since this is not close to work at all. So over the phone we told the dealer we would be there just after 5 to pick it up. We arrive at 5:15 and the man spends about 10 minutes typing on the computer only to then tell me that the phone is in the back room but it’s locked. The manager took the key to the room and we don’t have any idea when the manager is coming back. Since we were on time constraints, we left, even more annoyed. Day 2, finally everything is ready. To verify who I am they run a 1 cent transaction on my credit card, not a big deal but a little annoying since they don’t trust either my drivers licence or nexus ID. They offer to credit the card but really I just wanted out of there so badly. Perhaps that’s their plan to get rich, one penny at a time? So not one single major issue here, just a bunch of little annoying things that build up to a «never going back there again».
