Fets Whisky Kitchen is Vancouver’s Premier Whisky Bar offering the best whisky selection in Canada with more than 750 different bottlings! That’s right 750+ included are some very very rare bottlings. The Whisky Kitchen is proud to be Vancouver’s Scotch Malt Whisky Society Partner Bar, with over 160 very rare cask strength single cask Society bottlings. The largest selection of Society bottles in the world!

We use fresh local natural meats, seafood and produce. Even our house made burgers are organic.

Here at The Whisky Kitchen we love the big bold flavours in our southern inspired dishes. Jambalaya, Cajun Cream Chicken, Southern Fried Chicken, Grandma’s Meatloaf and of course our great organic burgers. Our chicken and eggs are all free run from local Fraser Valley farms, Our salmon and cod are wild, local and Oceanwise.

Brunch offers Eggs Benny with house made Hollandaise or our spicy Rattlesnake sauce. Southern French Toast with fried chicken, pancakes and our famous Andouille hash.

Fets has been serving up lunch dinner and weekend brunch since 1986 and has one of Vancouver’s best patios with a winter view of the Downtown lights and a park view in the summer.

We have local Westcoast beers on tap and great selection of BC wines.

Historique

Fondé en 1986.

Fets first opened as Fettucini’s Café in 1986, just across the street and half a block over from its current location. Quickly, this location became too small and Fettucini’s closed its doors in December 1995, then moved and reopened as Fets in February 1996. Fets quickly became the place to be with its funky classic rock atmosphere, murals of most of many great artists. More recently, Fets has become known for its Whisky selection, the largest in in Western Canada, with nearly 400 available. In April of 2013 Fets closed for a day and a half and reemerged once again with a modern updated look and Fets Whisky Kitchen was born!

Eric and Allura F.

Eric and Allura have been owner operators of Fets since 1986. Although Eric re-​located to the neighbourhood in the 80’s Allura has lived here since. .. well, her whole life. Allura’s Grand-​parents and parents also grew up in the hood.

Allura and Eric have been active in the community: coaching soccer, both are past board members of the Grandview Woodlands Area Council (eventheir youngest son sat on the board) and Eric was a founding member of what is now the Commercial Drive Business Society.

E and A have raised their 3 boys in the hood and they are all still actively involved in the day to day operations of the business.
