I quite like this store. I live near the mall & it’s very convenient for me. I had a problem with a silver necklace that I bought & was shipped to my house. It showed up scratched and the little silver coach tag was detached. I didn’t even get a receipt in the box(purchased over phone from yorkdale). The SA showed me a newer one in better condition & I was able to exchange it no problem-even without a receipt. This store isn’t as big as others but they seem eager to bring things in for you that they don’t have on hand. I recommend this location.

The WORST Coach store I’ve ever been to! I was never be able to buy anything at this location except for gift cards. Every time I come there to buy something that I found on , they do not have it. My last week’s customer service experience finalized my decision to NEVER come back to this store no matter what. I came in with a purse that I’ve recently purchased and it unfortunately turned out to be defective(I have many Coach items and I know how good the quality usually is). First of all when I walked into the store, the associate saw that I have Coach shopping bag in my hand and decided not to approach me. Other associated was with other clients and had to ask the first one to approach me(OUCHMOMENT # 1). When the associated approached me she did not smile and asked how she can help. I explained my problem, showed her my purse and asked what she can do for me. She said that she cannot do anything for me(OUCHMOMENT # 2) but to charge me $ 20 for shipping and handling and send my purse to Coach head office where it may be fixed, exchanged or may be just returned to me in the same condition(OUCHMOMENT # 3). I thanked the associate and left. I would never come back to this Coach location and would make a complaint to Coach customer service. **** The problem was rectified at Coach store in Yorkdale Mall — purse was exchanged.
