Very pleased to have gotten the construction mortgage I needed to start building. Tyler made it seem easy and was always available when I had questions or ran into difficulties. He even helped us get bank accounts from which to pay for construction draws. There was a delay because we had our lot in a US trust but Tyler used his very capable skills to get approval for the bank to fund the mortgage. I am not sure who should have caught the US trust but it was clearly stated on the title.
