Fondé en 1918.
A family owned bakery since 1918. Our main products are eastern European breads, cakes and pastries. All our bread is baked in the original 1918 Peterson brick hearth oven. We have been using grandpa’s recipes since 1918 no artificial flavours or preservatives in our breads. Windsor’s number one Paczki baker. We offer retail sales as well as delivery wholesale, supplying better restaurants and banquet halls in the area.
