O.S. is right; I know because this is my neighbourhood Burger King. You get the feeling that the staff would rather be elsewhere. There is one older lady who works the counter; she’s kind of surly and never smiles. One time we ordered Whoppers here and they came without tomatoes or lettuce — I assume they were out at the time, but they didn’t really need to substitute extra mayo instead… the burgers were absolutely swimming in it. The thing is, I don’t get upset when they run out of condiments, as long as they tell me beforehand, so I have the chance to order something else instead. The place is reasonably clean and very well lighted, but why bother? Go across the street to McDonald’s, or down a block further to A&W
