I hate to do this, because I like my haircut. Unfortunately, I asked the barber to square off the bottom of my beard, but keep the volume. I’ve had this beard for years & haven’t gotten it trimmed in four months. Perhaps it was the language barrier, but he removed about a third of my beard, taking away much of the hair on the sides and on the underneath, which WAS the same length as the rest of my beard. Now much of that is gone and now, in lieu of a squared off beard, it’s pointy and looks thinner as he’s removed much of the hair underneath.

The Barber Jose was extremely friendly. He had time to give me a complete shave, beard trim, and haircut for a very reasonable price. The experience was marvelous. The location was not as touristy as the Les Rambles and well worth the small effort to find. If you want a classic barbershop experience in Barcelona, give Jose a try.

Que puedo decir de barber shop? Qué soy un asiduo desde que lo descubrí! Llevo viniendo hace cosa ya de un año, prácticamente desde el momento que abrieron y la verdad, nunca me ha defraudado. Te puedes repasar, cortar y/​o afeitar las barbas y dejarte aconsejar por Jose, experto y apasionado de la navaja de afeitar. Tampoco debes olvidar que los cortes son fantásticos y realmente muy bien de precio. No me extraña que le vaya tan bien, un 10! l
