Costa Coffee

Guardo un recuerdo grato del Costa Café en Londres hace 14 años, de un chocolate que tomé y me ayudó a recuperar el calor en los pies. Sin embargo, el Costa en Barcelona no me parece nada especial y loa precios son altísimos (especialmente el de los dulces).
Pedimos una cookie que devolví pues además de estar helada, estaba cruda y sabía a harina sin cocer. He de decir que aunque en un momento se mostraron reticentes, ante mi falta de interés a su explicación, decidieron devolverme el dinero (2 €). Fueron correctos pero les costó hacerlo.

The location is right in front of famous Sagrada Familia. Great selection of drinks. Not only high priced coffee specialties, but also low-​priced coffee like Espresso for 1,60 or coffee americano. I had an iced green tea with mint — just perfect to sit in the sun on one of the tables outside, although you have to be lucky to get a seat at one of those four.
Besides, typical high-​class coffee house atmosphere. One very positive thing: When the people at the table beside me stood up, the waiter was already ready to go to clean the table.
Waiters are all very friendly and understand English perfectly.

This Costa Coffee is awesome. Because of its location (across from the Sagrada Familia) it tends to be busy. Fortunately, the staff are all amazing and keep the lines moving quickly. There is plenty of seating (indoor and outdoor), nice restroom and of course, great drinks.
What I really want to focus on is the staff. All staff are extremely friendly, speak perfect English, and are extremely attentive.
I have been living temporarily in Spain for 3 months and this CC location was the perfect combo of late hours, great wifi, and good coffee. Eventually, the baristas started to remember me. I’ve never felt more welcomed knowing that staff who see thousands of tourists come through remembered me (cue theme song from Cheers). One barista in particular went so far as to remember my usual drink order. Occasionally, she’d pass me 2 for 1 free drink cards or even a free tote bag. Customer service is alive and well at this location!
Thank you, Costa Coffee and staff, for making me feel like a regular, even as a semi-​transient traveler!

Juste en face de la basilique de Sagrada familia et à quelques pas du métro L.5 Sagrada familia on retrouve ce Costa coffee.
Un très bon accueil, délicieux leur produit, et une connexion wifi gratuite.
On peut prendre à emporter ou sur place.
Une très jolie salle pour se restaurer avec une bonne ambiance (musique …)
Moi je le suis régalée …
