Spanish food is a bit tricky for me as I am very sensitive to salt and too much grease and I demand good cuts of meat. There are countless restaurants that will serve up a decent meal in Barcelona but El Rincon de Bauti is above and beyond what I had the chance to sample during my trip. Everything is perfectly balances and cooked. Shrimp is perfectly succulent and the jamon iberico bellota is top notch. The razor clams are perfectly cleaned and crisp. And the Arruho Blanco will make you sing all the way back to your hotel :) The waitstaff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Cambrers de molt baix nivell pero menjar bonet. Un pel car per ser menu diari. Els postres no son res de l’altre mon.
