Lo descubrimos casi por casualidad para celebrar el día de San Patricio. Ambiente inmejorable, nos sentimos como en Irlanda. Decoración muy acertada y personal muy amable. La próxima vez iremos a probar las cenas con música en directo. Sí, repetiremos.

Stopped by here after walking around the town not expecting how good this place would be.
Jamon plate was delicious and beers were ice cold.
Music was great and the volume was perfect. We were able to carry conversation without having to yell yet we enjoyed the great selection of the music.
Most of all, it was the service that impressed me the most.
After leaving the bar, the waiter ran out and followed me to hand me the iPhone I left on the table.
He was sincere and very kind.
I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone who visits Barcelona.

I travelled from California to Barcelona with my daughter to visit my son who is living here for three months as part of a study abroad program. We had the tapas which are about the same as any tapas in the area. What earned the 5 stars were the cocktails and the entertainment. We had the San Francisco which is a yummy cocktail with a beautiful fruit display on top. Complementing this was a male/​female folk duet that sang American classic songs that had everyone in the bar singing, clapping and dancing. Mi Familia sang the night away and will forever favor this place as it warmed our hearts!

Sábado por la noche, en búsqueda de un sitio para tomar una caña y charlar un rato con tus amigos, la Taverna de Barcelona fue un descubrimiento muy agradable.
Este local es muy autentico: tiene una decoración caracterizada por anuncios auténticos catalanes de hace muchos años.
El local es muy grande y consta de dos plantas con muchas mesas.
El ambiente no estaba nada mal, música en directo y muy buen rollo. Aunque debo decir que había un toque guiri en el aire ya que el ambiente era muy turisico. Lo confirma también la carta de comida con sus precios altos y su estilo no precisamente inspirador.
A pesar de que hubiera mucha gente en el local, la camarera nos encontró una mesa y nos atendió en seguida.
Definitivamente un buen sitio para tomarse un caña a un precio correcto (2,5 €), escuchando música en directo y con un servicio muy amable!
