Terrible service. We arrived just before the theatre rush. Ordered drinks and apps, waited… Waited noticed we were the only table without drinks (other larger parties arrived and got their beers) asked the server about it he was polite and said my wife’s cocktail would take a little longer. Waited a little while longer then finally got it. Then the table behind us (who had ordered about 10 min after us) received their order of the same thing we did. After that I had had enough and asked for the check. After I did that our apps arrived pronto. Then the waiter said if we wanted fast food we should have gone to McDonald’s. I then asked for the check and to leave. The bar tender who was the manager was very polite and apologetic tried to tell us that our ticket must have gotten lost. This does happen and all we needed was to be told such. And I couldn’t hold in that the waiter told us we should go to McDonalds. Then the waiter proceeded to try and argue with me and called me names in Spanish. Thus the reason I’m giving this place the single star.

Situación muy buena, cerca del teatro, ideal para tomar algo después de ir al teatro.
Los platos escuetos, pero esquisitos, el humus de tres colores se salía, por eso hice la foto ;-), ambiente agradable.
Los camarer@s dejan mucho que desear.

We came to this restaurant (a group of 7 girls) as the menu looked good and well priced. We walked inside and stood around for probably 2 minutes as wait staff continuously walked passed us (we’re a group of 7, not easy to miss). We finally had to walk up to the bar where they told us we could sit outside. Our waitress had no idea how to do her job and actually asked us when she was done taking our order, if she should go put it in. The food came and was decent except that one of the girls in our group got her food 15 minutes after the rest of us, as our waitress had forgotten to put her order in… after checking the order with us twice before leaving the table. We went inside to pay because it was clear nobody was coming outside for a while and once inside it took about 10 minutes of waiting before we were helped. They over charged us for several things and put items on the bill we did not order. When we pointed this out, the woman taking care of us called us rude and we pretty much stormed out. I would never return to this restaurant and advise anyone against it.

On s’est arrêtés ici par hasard, fatigués et affamés… et on a été très bien accueillis ! L’atmosphère était très sympa, les pina coladas étaient excellentes et la nourriture très correcte pour le prix. Le personnel parlait suffisamment anglais pour compenser notre faible espagnol.

First, the cocktails are the best. Close to El Paralel and the metro. The patrons are from all over Europe. Try the tapas.
