I used to order from here about twice a week. Not big orders, but I always tipped well. Food was good most of the time. Every now and then I’d get an order with weird mutant wings, but not often. Now out of nowhere they’ve decided they no longer deliver to my address 6 miles away from them. Their loss. As to why I don’t go pick it up, last time I did that they charged me the delivery charge anyway and decided to take off the tip to make up for it. Would have been fine, but they didn’t tell me. If I hadn’t caught the error someone would have lost out on their tips. Not cool.

We order from here a lot! Always great food… big down fall though… if you get delivery and order a soda with it… 9 out of 10 times they forget it then say they’ll come back with it and never do. Other than that I love the place!

Have ordered delivery twice from here and both times it was excellent. Food arrived still nice and warm and fresh (crispy chicken and fries, not soggy). The portions are terrific (the 10 piece is more like a 15 piece!!). Service is great and I’m happy to do business with them. Delivery is quick and the delivery guy is super friendly.

I had a great lunch here today. The guy working at the counter knew exactly what customer service is all about. He was very welcoming and great the entire time we were there. He brought the food to the table we were sitting and waiting at. A little while later he checked in to see how everything was. The food was really good and made exactly right. Their garlic sauce on the chicken sandwich is amazing. Great experience eating in here.

I came here on super bowl and considering the line out the door I was helped in a timely fashion. They told me I was going to wait a little bit longer since I had ordered a 20 piece fried chicken meal. I was told by a nice young man with glasses and long hair, I believe I heard another employee call him Zack, (although I could be mistaken) that it would be about 20 minutes so I sat down patiently. My food came out in about 15 and they kindly walked it out to me from behind the counter. This was my second time there and the service was just as good as the first time I went. Although, the first time I went I had gotten the buffalo wingers in what I remember was the standard buffalo sauce. These in my opinion surpassed the fried chicken. But I enjoyed the fried chicken nonetheless. Over all I’ve only had good experiences there. It’s also one of the cleanest stores I’ve been in as far as food establishments go.

Very good grilled chicken the buffalo wings worst I ever had dominos are bttr was shocked I had to run to the bathroom literally for over 4 hours on super bowl nite horrible first time in my life. Could be bttr service seems clean especially the bathrooms. The salads could b chopped bttr sometimes they cut the chicken and salad in large pieces and then u have to cut again ur self very strange depending on who’s preparing it. Good prices but worst wings I ever had like I said and I know my wings

This was only the 2^nd Cluck U I’ve been to. The other was in New Brunswick about 26 years ago. I assume much has changed (I did not see half chickens on the menu), but my wife and I thought it must at least have good chicken since, heck, it’s in the name. We were in a rush to get the movies next door, so we gave it a try. Never again.
I think they should change the name to just «Cluck U». The chicken (we had a 4 piece) was awful, like that I might find in a truck stop. And one of the pieces was the tiniest wings I’ve ever seen.
The coleslaw was pretty sad too (overly sweet). The fried mushrooms were no better.
For both the chicken and the shrooms, the batter had zero taste. Just crunchy greasy cardboard. No spices.
Service (from kids wearing hats with long hair hanging out) was meh.
Well, we tried it and know to never go back.
