Cashier looked like she would rather be anywhere else so my dad asked her how she was doing… She replied with, «Are you ordering?» They’re not big on customer service here. Or at all. The bathroom and restaurant floor is ridiculously sticky and the women’s bathroom wasn’t clean. The biscuits were undercooked and the wait for my wings was more than 10 minutes. Everyone finished eating before I got my food. Also. Two employees just walked out with at least 10 cookies. Highly doubt that they paid for them.

Ordered 10 piece grilled chicken. They told me no grilled chicken available. How can they not have grilled chicken during lunch the lunch hour. Plus didn’t give me the option to wait for it. Order it fried or oh well.

Worst eatery by far! Can’t manage their stock of chicken. 70% of my visits they are out-of some menu options,“CHICKEN”. They should try selling burgers that might be easier.

Ordered dinner to go for my family at 1739 (5:39 pm). At 1745 (5:45 pm) the man that took our order brought cookies for my kids because we were still waiting for out food (5 stars for him). At 1757 (5:57 pm) our food was finally ready, well I thought it was. When I get home with our KFC and unpack our dinner what I don’t find is the the large order of potatoes that I ordered. After waiting nearly 20 minutes for a relatively small order (kids meal, three piece tenders and a large mashed potatoes) they still didn’t get it right and I had to go back. So much for a family meal.

Stopped by this KFC in our road trip from Florida to NYC, the place was a total chaos, everybody waiting for their delayed orders. Seems lack of management, or a leader in the staff we had to wait about 20 min because they were out of Potato wedges. Finally we got an extra piece of chicken in compensation for the long wait.

I’d say that all KFCs are made equal, but that’d be a lie.
The old KFC by my place in Tustin, CA was far and away superior to this place — doesn’t stop me from going there when I need a chicken fix, though.
Don’t get me wrong, this KFC isn’t horrible (that award goes to the Wendy’s in Aberdeen), but there have been times that I ask for grilled chicken and they don’t have any. That might seem petty, but if grilled chicken is on your mind and the place that allegedly claims to have it doesn’t, well, yea, it stinks.
Regardless, of the several times I’ve been here most of the times have been decent and I’ve had my order filled.
I will say that the cashiers act like they have better things to be doing, but since they’re working as a cashier in a KFC, my money is on the fact that they do not… so why act all high and mighty?
Bottom line: I’ve experienced better.

I’ve come to this KFC three times. The food here is eh okay not too bad just like any other KFC, but the service is pretty bad… It seems like no one really wants to help you and the cashiers will just be talking to each other and ignore you while you want to order…
