Keen Cleaners

I took 2 dress shirts in to be laundered and starched. I put a bright pink tag with what I wanted done and all of my info on it (Name, Phone, etc.) attached to the hangers as well as telling them same info when checking them in at the front. The clerk gave my husband the claim ticket said they «might» be ready the next day but probably not until the following day. I realize we were there at 10:30 a.m. but does 30 min past that in by 10 out by 5 promise really mean they need a whole extra day? Sorry, I digress. To get to the point… THEY LOST MY SHIRTS!!! And to make matters worse they weren’t my shirts, they were borrowed. After about a week of back and forth on the phone apparently they can’t find them & no one has brought them back. If someone took them home, shame on you for keeping them, a young girl needed that for a scholarship interview. To the person that mistagged them I know mistakes happen and they are just clothes but be careful please!
They did send a check for the shirts just wish the girl had more time to find a new shirt.
Next time I will be using the one in Anson like I should have done this time. God Bless :-)

They didn’t touch my top and ruined my boyfriend clothes. I went back so they can redo our clothes again for free and they didn’t touch my boyfriends clothes so he has to go again and my top turned out ok. I wouldn’t not go back again. I would not recommend this place to any one. They are terrible.

Never again. They are cheap, but you get what you pay for. They ruined my silk blouse. They offered for fix it the rip they made it it though. Hopefully, the repair it’s obvious. I would not trust them with anything expensive.

Never had any problems with my uniform here. I get it back ASAP heavy starch and looking good. Can’t beat there price either.

This place is speedy and fairly priced but I guess you get what you pay for. They snagged my dress and when I brought it to their attention they told me that they have nothing that would cause that so I must have done that prior to bringing it.
