I started going to Supercuts last year when I moved to Abilene. My first visit I met Roy, a great guy with a very friendly personality. He’s also an excellent hair stylist. He’s always cut my hair and from now on, no one else there will. This past Thursday I stopped in for my usual cut but Roy was off. I relented and allowed someone new to cut. BIG mistake. This woman butchered me. Kelsey. Anyway, I went back this morning knowing Roy would be there. I confided in him that I had blundered on to Kelsey and showed him her handiwork. He smiled and apologized and then went to work. This guy is great! He took less than 30 minutes to repair what I thought I’d have to wear for a month and even did my eyebrows. All for no charge! I know he’s always busy but if you need a great cut and have the time to wait for him, Roy is your guy. Thanks a million buddy. Great job.

I can’t stand this place. It’s like the bottom of the barrel for getting your hair cut. Costs too much, the wait is horrible, the environment sucks, it’s just not great in the least. For like four dollars more I can go to a great barbershop where I get a neck shave, hair shampoo, style, and back massage. For four dollars less, I can get a nice homey feel with a great hair cut. This place, I get a crapshoot on either an okay, or a horrible haircut, and I get to wait an hour for it.

Great hair cut from here. This was the first time I had my hair cut here and it was a great experience. I was greeted warmly. I sat down and described what I wanted once and away the gal cut. The people there seemed genuinely friendly and visited with me AND my wife (that was there just waiting for me). I’ve spent a lot and a little on hair cuts over the years and this was the first time in what seems like forever that I didn’t have to trim long pieces that had been missed. I’ll definitely go back.
