So slow. I’ve been here two or three times and always regret it. Also, on two occassions I have watched the woman at the front counter «wash her hands». SHE DOESN“T USE SOAP! Ewwww — stay away!

This location kills me. The fries are always cold and soggy. I’m always asked to wait 5 minutes which turns into me having to park, get the toddler out, and go inside. I’ve been met twice with «oh you didn’t get your food?»
Their late night is never late night. I tried to go at 11pm when they’re open til 1am and they were closed.
I’ve stopped going to Wendy’s which I love their burgers because I don’t have one close to me other than this one.

It is unfortunate I cannot give 0 stars because this location deserves nothing more than that. Tonight I was hoping to try the bacon gouda burger and was met with disappointment and disgust. There was no bacon, the gouda cheese was orangey plastic, the burger was very dry and there was a whopping single sliver of red leaf lettuce! Best to just avoid this location!

Decided to give Wendy’s another try. It was a big mistake. I seen the sign that said 15% off for police, fire & military. So I stopped in. Went thru the drive thru and the employees were friendly and everything. Food came a lot faster then last time.
Went I got down the road after eating the 2 wraps and a couple of fries. I felt something weird. I looked in the fry box and seen the most weirdest thing I seen n my life in a food box. I almost threw up but then I remembered I’m driving my Mercedes.
It’s either a piece of pubic hair or burned fittings from a cleaning pad. That’s what it looks like.

I bit into my baconator and the meat was like rubber it was a weird color and gave me the army green the next day! came back in and asked for a refund. got it then annihilated their bathroom.

Worst Wendy’s Ever. One night, I went there and the lights were on like they were open, but it was clearly closed. The chairs were still down, the lights were on, but nobody was visible inside. What gives?
Next late night attempt, the place was actually staffed, but the food was AWFUL. I had a burger that had a meat patty that had the consistency of plastic and the rest of the burger was not as I had ordered it. At least the fries were kinda fresh.
Not recommended. Actually, I wish somebody would buy this franchise, tear down the building, and build something new. A Pei Wei perhaps?

Every now and then I’m in the mood for fast food, and I do like Wendy’s (with the expectation of the Joppatowne store, which is as slow as a slug crawling on salt).
While I was greatly disappointed in corporate Wendy’s decision to change their fries from steak fries to boardwalk fries, this location has got cooking them down pat!!!
On Monday night the fries were fresh from the deep fryer, hot, crisp, and just the right amount of salt… oh my!!! So damn good!!!
If they will cook the fries like that all the time, you can be sure I will be back!!!
