Avoid! Bait-​and-​Switch
Dear Readers. The Facility Manager at this «Extra Space Storage» is completely unprofessional. I am in Connecticut and moving back to Massachusetts (120 miles). Two days ago, I reserved a 10×10 storage unit online via «Extra Space Storage» website. Today, I spoke with Facility Manager Debra Dupie by phone. I told her that I am coming in with my Truck from Connecticut.
Mrs. Debra Dupie said: «Sorry. 10×10 is no longer available. We rented it out yesterday. But I do have a larger unit available at higher price!»
I responded: «Sorry. That’s called Bait-​and-​Switch. I don’t do business with people who lie to me. Goodbye!»
Lesson learned: I was duped by Facility Manager Debra Dupie.

Place is a joke. Sneaky continuously going up in price. Gone up $ 36 a month since I’ve had the unit. Can’t wait to get out of there. God forbid you’re late on a payment. They really stick it to you hard.

Was referred to this facility by a family member. What a great referral that was. Deb is awesome, she works so hard to keep her facility in tip top shape. She takes the time to make sure everything is clean. Thank you, I’m so happy to know my belongings are well cared for!
