The only reason for the 2^nd star is because my friend loves their service.
However, I didn’t find it nearly as great as she did.
I was shopping around for NAOT brand shoes, as they are my favorite. I saw they carried them, my friend said they were great with personalizing your shoes to make them extra comfortable and I was thrilled with the idea. She did mention they do have really high prices which was fine because these shoes are normally worth it.
I went in on a Thursday afternoon and the gentleman who worked there just stood behind the desk and stared without asking if I wanted help or anything of the like. None of the shoes I looked at had prices so I had to walk over and ask him what the prices were and more about each shoe I was interested in. I received 1 and 2 word answers as if he were trying to snub me. He really wasn’t personable at all and it annoyed me so badly I didn’t even want to ask if I could try anything so I ended up leaving and spending my money at Hot Foot for similar shoes (given not personalized or as orthopedic) where I received MUCH better customer service.
I regret his attitude because I was ready to pay for the personalized NAOTs, but I was not ready to deal with a cranky shopkeeper.
