Knights Inn Atlantic City Absecon

This place looks nice from the outside but I think it’s undermaintenanced… The shower curtain rod was partly broken, light in bathroom out. No towels were in the room, phone didn’t work/​have a dial tone.

Woke up with bed bugs all over my arms, got bit on my chin, face and all over my body, no towels entire duration of stay, bathroom door wouldn’t shut, horrible customer service, disrespectful, pretty much worst motel stay of my life. I brought up the issues to front desk and we were ignored. All of the terms of our stay changed overnight. A living nightmare. Would give it zero stars if I could. PLEASE BEWARE!

The owner is a completely evil man. The front tire of our car was cut by one of the employees here, and he also cheated our money. But the owner just said nothing about that. I really hope no one would stay here for any single night, and all these frauds will have no way to live on.

Limited parking. Faucet and bath water was brown. My buddies and I were itchy after one night. Avoid this place!

Clean enough room and close to the city for a reasonable price but subpar customer service, a non-​smoking room smelling of smoke, torn sheets, loud traffic noise, a paltry free breakfast, and laughable amenities made for an overall unpleasant experience. If you need a cheap room for a quick stint in Atlantic City, NJ, perhaps a plausible option but anyone wanting to feel comfortable for a weekend getaway search elsewhere.

I stayed one night (actually one morning because I came in to sleep at 4am and woke up at 8:30 am) while visiting Atlantic City in NJ.
A couple of my friends got there before others. One of them who booked the rooms were not there, and we had to wait until he came. Meanwhile, we wanted to use bathroom. The employee at the counter was only looking at his monitor and didn’t even look at us. He simply told us direction. And «Out of order» sign was posted on the door of the restroom. You kidding? When we asked him if there is any other available restroom, and he said no. Funny because the restroom was NOT out of order! (yeah he fooled us all.)
Rooms were clean, and had things we needed. Bed blanket was rough, but not bad. I am not sure about the pricing though. Renting a two-​bed room on Saturday night for $ 120? I asked Marriott nearby, and their pricing was almost same. The location of the hotel was terrible too. Next morning, all flies were flying all over around the hotel, and they came in to everywhere.(like your ears, hair, clothes, etc) AAAHH!!! Hate this place.

Pros: Affordable Hot-​Tub Suite (hot-​tub is awesome, especially after a long drive or day around town); Away from the hustle & bustle of the casino strip (5 miles); Friendly maid service
Cons: Traffic noise (located alongside a main freeway); refrigerator noise; rustic furnishing (bed is comfortable though); leaky pipelines (especially after heavy rain fall)
Tips: book online for better rates, tip the maid
