The worst Dunkin Donuts ever! I waiting in line for 10 minutes, just to find out they did not have glazed donuts!!! If I could give them a negative rating, I would.

If I could give negative stars I would!!! This is the worst Dunkin EVER! They never get it right and then when u say something they give you attitude!
Example… I ordered a med coffee for me and 1 donut and straw banana smoothie for the princess! They hand me a strawberry smoothie no banana (didn’t complain bc she liked it) and a small coffee. I said I ordered med. she says no you didn’t! (What???) I look at my receipt and guess what… It said med so I show her! She grunted as she took my coffee back! Comes back 3 min later with a med coffee and basically throws it at me. I sat waiting for my daughters donut and she flings the window open and was like «YES CAN I HELP YOU» I almost lost it! But I remembered that I’m blessed and nicely stated «my donut please» she once again throws the bag at me! NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT THIS PLACE! By the grace of GOD I didn’t set off!
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

Can’t recommend. This is local to me and I would love to support it, but sadly will not be back. On ¹²⁄₉ I stopped in to pickup bagels for houseguests. It was a major effort to get on of the 6 or 7 employess to help me as they were too involved in their personnel convesations. When I got the bagels home and went to serve them to my houseguests we were dissappointed on the quality– stale and hard… I should have taken them back but I let it slid. Today I stopped for a latte and a muffin to take to work, When I went to unwrap the muffin, it was harder than a rock and ended up throwing it away.
Too bad. I guess it is back to Starbucks or 7 – 11.

Slowest Dunkin ever. I’ve been here multiple times and it takes forever at the drive thru… and I’m the only one there. When giving my order I have to repeat it multiple times and it’s not even a complicated order (iced coffee skim milk & splenda). It seems like they are always out of something too. I don’t know if I’m just that unlucky that it’s what ever I order that day or if they are just out of everything.

Very slow most mornings. Takes at least 5 minutes or more inside to make an iced drink??? Drivethru horrible most days. Ive waited more than 10 minutes and then gone inside to wait another 10. Products most visits are ok but iced coffees are hit or miss. Watery or no cream and sugar as asked. Most have all the mocha in the bottom due to not being mixed. Staff seems to change alot here, but very nice workers. Make the service quicker and train staff on drinks and i would go here more often.

I will not be back here. They don’t know their product, don’t have anything in stock, nor do they greet you at the window and keep you updated. They just let you sit there with no clue what is going on.

This is one of my favorite DD’s. The line always goes fast and the people here are really friendly. The drive thru is the only reason why they didn’t get 5 stars. Tends to be extremely slow even when no one is there. Biggest letdown is the fact that when I pull up — there are 3+ people working at the drive thru.
Tip: just go in. Quicker by 3 min, easily.

Good for a quick breakfast pick up at the window. A combo Meal big enough to share with my kid. Good size milk bottles too is a good value compare to MD or BK.
Also our favorite local ice cream shop for afternoon/evening treats. I can count on them having Jamoca flavor and my kid can get cookies and cream or vanilla. Never crowded… Wifi, TV, Perfect

Dunkin Donuts is Dunkin Donuts is Dunkin Donuts. Great coffee, great pastries, great donuts.
However, not every location is the same. This particular one, I feel they prioritize the drive thru over the in-store line which can be annoying. Service inside the store could be faster, but no real complaints.
