Starbucks

One other reviewer hit the nail on the head when she mentioned, «Hit or miss Starbucks.» I would sum it up the exact same way.
I’m a gold card member and I absolutely adore my daily fix. I usually order a Protein Smoothie, which I don’t complicate at all with any addition or subtractions. Just a Protein Smoothie, with maybe an extra scoop of Whey Protein Powder some days, depending on my workout for the day.
Well the first time I ordered one from here I ended up throwing it out the window! I shouldn’t & rarely EVER litter, but I was just that mad and pissed. So fast-​forward a couple of months later. Yesssss, I decided to stop here again and give it «One mo’ try.» I ordered the exact same thing, Protein Smoothie. This time they got it right. It was good. What’s up with that??? Customers that frequent Starbucks and KNOW Starbucks understand that you can’t mess up orders. Big fail! And yep they are really slow.
I think Imma leave this location right here and keep it moving. I can’t deal with the inconsistencies. Starbucks is not cheap honey. Mmmmmm.

The lady who works there is very nice but the service is extremely slow. You can be waiting 5 – 6 minutes for a cup of coffee when there’s only one person in front of you.

Soooooo slow. They only have one person working there and whoever it may be usually moves at the speed of a dying sloth. However, the HR department has hired fine very hardy employees. The workers have tough skin, impenetrable to the glares of people waiting in line, it’s pretty impressive.
Also about 50%of the time they run out of ingredients you would think they should have stocked, like coffee

This one is hit or miss. Based on which barista is in attendance you’ll either get a cup of yumminess or a cup o’crap. If you see Antonio (tall light skinned handsome guy) hes the best. Drinks consistent and on point. If you see Annette (older sourpuss looking lady with glasses) or the young chick with fake eyelashes… RUN! Those two suck. Especially the young ghetto chick. My caramel macchiato was so gross and she gave me such q hard time I just trashed it and left. Never again.

Not sure why there are negative reviews. I usually come here in the evenings and grab a cup to sip as I shop. I’ve only been dissapointed once but am usually quite satisfied… and I never order the same thing. I’m satisfied :-)

Starbucks is different depending where you go. Some places they baristas get your drink out in no time, others take more time. This particular one takes a long time and there are always tons of people at Safeway, but that’s another story. They people working there can be nice and sometimes snotty. The last time i was there the girl was sweet but she was clearly overwhelmed and sort of messed up my drink. She was having a bad day so I didn’t give her grief but this particular location needs work. Only go there if you MUST have a drink!

I have been relegated to attending this Starbucks for several years and most of my experiences have been below expectations. While the employees are friendly, they are often slow when preparing drinks and seem to have poor knowledge of the products.
