Just wanted to update my last (almost entirely positive) review. Now completely positive. I had made only one «less than thrilled» comment and left an honest, detailed and positive review the first time. After my post, the manager sent me a handwritten card and offered to address/​resolve the one small concern I had mentioned in the review. She did this personally with me, without responding on Unilocal,which tells me that she is more concerned about the customer’s experience than the Unilocal public image. Bravo, Jo Karen! You are, and will remain my lingerie shoppe of choice, and I will continue to recommend your services to anyone who needs them!

We had the best experience here tonight. My 14 year old daughter was in need of high impact sports bras. The manager, J, fit her and determined she was not in the correct size. We left with four bras (two sports bras and two regular bras) that fit her like no other bras had before. We will definitely be going back for all of our bras!

This is a FANTASTIC store. I came here for my undergarments for my wedding dress. I am plus-​sized, and often feel uncomfortable in these types of situations. But the ladies here made me feel completely unease, and I did not feel judge for my size at all. They gave me many options to try on, were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. And had a great selection, even in my size! I will definitely be doing back for honeymoon attire :)

This is a GREAT women’s undergarments shop with fantastic, friendly, professional and knowledgeable saleswomen. I came in without an appointment but was immediately assisted in my search for a properly fitting bra and support bottoms. The saleswoman was friendly and made me feel at ease, even during the process of being necessarily semi-​undressed while fitted. The saleswoman helped me try several bras and adjusted them to be sure I had the right fit. She really paid attention to detail and educated me in the process. I am a plus sized person and was so happy to find great quality and selection to meet my particular needs. I noticed that they have a huge selection across sizes and styles, inclusive of very pretty lingerie, nightwear and sports undergarments. I’ll be returning!
