Precision Vision

I had an excellent experience with the people over at Precision Vision! They were very helpful with frame input and they showed me how to use progressive lenses! I’ll be back again for some sunglasses!

They are great with my young child and always helpful. Great options for kids frames and they move as quickly as they can, but are luckily located in the children’s opthamology department at Children’s Hospital in Waltham, so there is plenty to keep my kids entertained while we wait.

Customer service here is a complete disappointment.
My wife purchased a pair of glasses here over the summer, which subsequently fell apart (quite literally — the frame split) while on her face. Upon calling, the initial response was «So what do you want us to do about it?»
This led to a series of excuses: the frame was out of stock, the warehouse was being checked for a replacement, someone was on vacation, and so on. When I called to follow-​up and express my displeasure, the gentleman on the phone denied the initial response, but said that he was still checking for a replacement frame. A week later, a receptionist/​office manager called, and agreed to offer my wife a new frame, and put her old lenses into the glasses. When she went into the office, they sighed and told her that this was going to be «difficult».
Over a week later — and a month since her first frame fell apart — and the glasses still aren’t ready, no follow-​up call has been made, and I have low expectations for any kind of reasonable response.
Stay away!

Always good service and always a really large selection of frames. I have always been happy here and had to go somewhere else while in TX and they couldn’t compare. I’m going back to Precision Vision!

I love this place! They have a great selection of frames, a very knowledgeable staff, and fast service.
My family has been buying glasses here for years. On a couple of occasions I have called with tales of broken or lost glasses and in both cases they had replacements ready before I got over there to pick them up! 5 stars for always going above and beyond.
