I’ve been using these guys for years now. Good service, good prices! They communicate schedule changes through e-​mail, and are accessible by phone. Their website could be better, and it would be helpful if it had a calendar, but I’m generally very pleased. Keep on truckin’, Mr. Trashman!

While their actual trash removal services are good, their customer service representative is absolutely not. She behaves as if you are inconveniencing her for anything. There are so many other options for this service; it is unfortunate that their customer service representative is not more friendly and tolerant of human beings. We left this company because of her.

Not recommended. Was a customer of them for few months. They are super unorganized, occasionally «forgetting» to pickup the trash. Every time they had different excuses and never even had the courtesy of apologizing for delays or trying to make up for it. Terrible demeanor of the phone rep (sounds like a «company» of 2 people) and unreliable amateur service (if you can call it «service»). Not worth the money.
Two stars and not one, since they did collect the trash more times than they forgot to…
