My complaint is not with the food. It’s decent for a chain pizza place. My issue is with the staff and particularly the management. With the exception of the younger woman who was VERY helpful and very apologetic, the staff are rude, inattentive and do the bare minimum. The blonde girl who was managing the pizza oven was exceptionally rude. Didn’t make eye contact, didn’t say hello or thank you upon ordering. I had ordered 2 slices and 2 subs. Seated at my table, I hear them barely call my name. So I go up there. The manager(Mike, Matt or Mark, can’t remember) was behind the kitchen making something. He makes eye contact with me, yet doesn’t say a thing. Then I finally say, «excuse me can you tell me if my food is ready» as they called my name but it’s not up here. He mumbles something that he can’t hear and to give him a second. 2 minutes later he gets somebody in a back room to come help me. The kid helping me asks what I ordered, apparently my food had been put back in the oven because I wasn’t able to grab it in the 10-seconds that rude pizza oven girl gave me to get up there and grab it. So here’s the beef. I bring all of this up to the manager(Mark, Matt, Mike, whatever). He doesn’t apologize for the service, he doesn’t even utter a SINGLE word other than fumbling for an «um… uh…». Maybe the friendly register girl who was helpful should run the place.
