The first time I had Wicked, I loved it, and it was my new favorite place to go, especially considering thick-crusted pizza is my favorite. Every time my family and I got it after, I liked it less and less. Now I’m just never going back. The quality of the pizza is meh, probably even less than average. They’re never the same, or have any sembence of standards. Sometimes the crust is palatable and completely fine, while most of the times it’s covered in some sort of spices or whatever that are so incredibly salty that it’s unbearable. Half the time the crust is half burned, too. The pizza is also always incredibly greasy, which I’m generally a fan of cause it means there’s a lot of delicious cheese, but it’s so bad that everything gets soggy and wet(including the pizza itself), and the cheese is constantly falling off and dripping everywhere, and any chance at dabbing at it with a napkin to get rid of some it just ends up with the cheese sticking and huge chunks being unsaveably peeled off. What really was the straw that broke the camels back was the service. The very last time we ever went there, we had a few friends over and had ordered 80 $ worth of pizza. EIGHTYDOLLARS. When we showed up to get the pizza, we were informed by the guy working there that they had accidentally sent out our order with another customer, but they were working to «fix» it, and were going to remake everything we had ordered and the other customer was coming back to get his pizzas(this is very relevant later.) So, we’re okay with that, people make mistakes sometimes and that’s understandable, so we went back in the car and waited for awhile until they were done. We go back, get the pizza, bring it home. Open the boxes, and what a pleasant surprise we got. Clearly, the owner had not remade our pizzas as he had told us he was going to, but had just reheated the originals the other customer had brought back. The crust was burnt and hard, vegetable toppings were burnt, dry and all browned, and everything just generally tasted not fresh and like sad, leftover pizza that’d been left in the refridgerator for awhile. Incredibly p. o-ed that we got nasty pizzas when we spent EIGHTY dollars. Definitely never going back, or ever recommending to anyone.

I kid you not, this is the best pizza I have ever had! Thank goodness for a moment of being too tired to make dinner and not having enough energy to travel to our regular pizza place. We were passing through Acushnet and spied the wickedly recessive not super impressive Wicked sign. We almost kept driving. A quick search on Unilocal enticed us to place our first order… And let’s just say every word we read was spot on true. The Veggie-head was tantalizing… packed with vegetables and backed with the best crust I’ve had in a long time(soft on the inside chewy crunchy on the outside… not to mentioned sprinkled with the yummiest seasoning.) According to my hubby the barbecue chicken and plain pizzas were excellent. This place deserves your business and you truly deserve such deliciousness! ;) We are having more tonight!

A restaurant has to pretty exceptional in order to get me to write a review, and Wicked Pizza fits the bill. Wow! What a great pizza! I’m so excited that our area has someplace good to get food from. Unless you live in a busier area, you often have to make-do with what the area offers, but we’re lucky with this one!

We were looking for a new pizza place to try tonight, and I’m so glad we tried Wicked Pizza. After reading another user’s review comparing it to Brick Pizzeria in New Bedford, I was in. We ordered 3 pizzas and were quite happy with each one. The Buffalo Bleu was loaded with tender shredded chicken swimming in the most delicious Buffalo sauce with the perfect amount of kick and heat balanced by tangy creamy bits of crumbled blue cheese. The Cannibal was quite possibly the best«meat lover’s» combo I’ve ever had. The freshly ground linguicia and sausage was noticeably delicious and there was absolutely no skimping on the toppings. Each slice was loaded to the point that meat was practically spilling off of it! The third pizza was a plain cheese with roasted garlic added. When I see roasted garlic on a menu, I can’t say no to that, and I’m so glad I didn’t. The pizza came loaded with tender sweet golden brown garlic, and was absolutely delicious. As other reviewers have said, the crust really is amazing. Tender and a bit chewy in the right spots with a thin airy crispiness near the edges, all dusted with a fragrant seasoning blend that really complemented the pizzas. We got all three traditional style, but I’d like to try the Wicked style next time, too. I’m hoping their wing sauce is just like what they put on the pizza, we’ll be trying that next time for sure. The final test? My meat-obsessed husband and picky 4 year old son loved it. Neither said a word for about 15 minutes after I brought the pizzas home. I got a rarely awarded«It’s really good,» when I asked what meat-man thought of it, and my little guy took out 2 whole pieces of the Cannibal and 2 pieces of the roasted garlic, proclaiming this his new favorite pizza. It was totally worth the nearly 20 minute drive from Freetown, and we’ll definitely be back for more!

I’m almost afraid to write this because this place is a hidden gem. If you live in the acushnet area and have not tried this pizza you must. If you have had Brick Pizza and liked but thought it was expensive this pizza is just as good and you get twice as much with one pizza. That’s the best way to describe it. My fussy kid loves the cheese pizza as did everybody else. We also purchased a buffalo chicken and a steak bomb. Buffalo chicken was good and the steak bomb was interesting. Great steak, mushroom, some red peppers and onions and then there was a creamy cheese sauce which was amazing. There is nothing like this place in the area for take out pizza. I live in north fairhaven and it took ten minutes to get there which included the light from hell on Adams st.

So who likes to eat food where the effort to make it is clearly visible. That’s Wicked pizza. This pizza has a whole bunch of flavor. Get this, you can taste fresh tomatoes. Yes that’s what i said. Oh ya, the crust isn’t a bland dry piece of dough. The crust is covered in different Italian spices. You can tell the owners are putting effort into their style of pizza and it’s quite nice. I tried this place tonight and will absolutely come back. What a great option if you want pizza with a whole bunch of flavor.

Tried wicked pizza for first time tonight and will be going back again. Crust was very nice texture. Was impressed with the quality of ingredients and the hand tossed crust.
