Exact Comfort

Received an unauthorized sales call this week from David’s company, Exact Comfort. Apparently, David’s business is doing poorly enough where he now has to hire someone to make cold sales calls for him. Of course, David will spin it that he is doing this to offer «specials» to customers. Strange how companies that have plenty of customers do not have to resort to telemarketing calls. It is no surprise that David’s business has fallen off, given how difficult it is to reach him, when you need his services, plus the way he stacks charges to your bill. Bad idea David, resorting to unauthorized sales calls, great way to further alienate customers.

David has top of the line customer service and you can see he truly has his heart in his business and cares about his customers/​clients… that is why we have stayed loyal to him and he is to us…

Talk about great customer service! David was great. Very knowledgeable and personable. Good customer service is hard to find and he definitely delivered. I highly recommend Exact Comfort!!!

We have used David (President of Exact Comfort) and his company for the last few years. They put a premium on excellent service and responsiveness. Calls are returned right away, usually by David himself. We have found their cost to be very reasonable. They don’t use expensive advertising but seem to rely on word of mouth.
We get routine servicing visits in the spring and fall, before it gets too hot or cold. Our most recent project with them was this month for the replacement of our outdated furnace, air conditioning unit, and evaporator coil. David got us a package deal from American Standard for about $ 5,500. The final, delivered and installed price came in just under his quote. Everything was installed on time in one day by David and a 2-​man crew. They were careful and clean working in our home. Now we have state of the art equipment that runs so quietly we can’t even hear it when it’s on.
I give Exact Comfort 5 stars and highly recommend them for their responsiveness, fair prices, and quality service.
