Steve makes a great pizza but he needs a day off ! Just wish the wine and beer prices were more competitive! The Ladies at the bar are terrific!

I’ve been to a different location that was completely awesome. This was a carry out order, the pizza dough was about a minute away from being cooked perfectly… it was slightly underdone. Beyond that it was a good experience, calling in for an order went very well!

The food is always fantastic. The pizza sauce is great and the crust is always light and crispy. The service is usually pretty good. When we have our favorite server, it’s awesome. The only reason why I don’t give Johnny’s — Acworth 5 stars is because of the benches. It is like sitting on a metal bar with little-to-no cushioning. The benches have needed to be replaced for a long time now(several months). Also, the ovens might need to be cleaned because the restaurant smells very potently like pizza. It is still on my clothes when I get home and I can even smell it a few days later when my clothes are in the hamper. Aside from those two things, I highly recommend Johnny’s — Acworth and continue to eat there each week!

I do not understand where customer service has gone. You would think establishments understood that without customers they have no business. We ordered 3 pizzas and only 1 was correct upon delivery. We called to inform management and the owner(Stacie) was less than apologetic even after we paid for and kept the wrong pizza. It was our intent to re-order and pay for the correct pizza. After having a less than stellar encounter with the owner we decided never to order from here again.

Always great food and fantastic service. No matter how busy they may be, they are always friendly and prompt with service. Highly recommend this location.

They ripped me off. They overcharged me. That’s all I have to say about that. So next time I’ll go across the street to Capo’s Italian restaurant

I’ve had Johnny’s Pizza in the past and it was just OK at best. This was the 1st time I went into the restaurant for a sit down meal. Here’s my rub… 1. The pizza was OK at best. We ordered a medium pizza and half with pepperoni. Nothing notable at all. 2. The wings were OK. We placed two orders, one mild one hot, both to be cooked crispy. They weren’t crispy at all, rather limp and chewy; not how we ordered them. Their ranch to dip the wings in was OK. Nothing memorable with the wings or ranch. 3. The kicker… It took 47 minutes to receive this«simple» meal. 47 minutes is 32 minutes too long! 4. As for our server? Slow, lethargic, and rather uninterested to be working on Friday night. I hope she’s attending college and moves on to bigger and better things as customer service isn’t her bag. Why not 2-stars? Simply because they have Sweetwater 420 on tap. Will I take my family there again for dinner? NO. I’ll take them across Cobb Parkway to Capos where the pizza and marinara sauce are 5-Stars plus they have Sweetwater 420 on tap too.

Always get the calzones and ceaser salad, enough for two people. Trying their pizza tonight to see. That have awesome marinara sauce

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Took forever to get our food or to even get a drink refill. Food came out wrong. No one would ever check on us either. This was all happening as all the employees stood around and talked. Never coming back here again.

Best pizza in town! Great service and prices. The other menu offerings don’t quite compare to their pizzas, but nothing is bad here. I highly recommend.

We love this place! Delicious pizza and calzones, friendly staff, comfortable family-friendly environment, reasonable prices, and they deliver. What more could you ask for?

Food was great. Made to order. Deserves more than a 3 stars. Only came here because my fav place for calzones was closed today. Glad I tried Johnny’s Pizza. We will be back.

Love this place! Great laid back vibe for a slice and brew close to home. Kids totally welcome, they play and it’s cool.

Short & sweet: Some, if not, the best pizza in the area. We weren’t sure about trying out this«chain» of pizza joints but we needed something different. Loved the crust … loved the ingredients which is why you’ll typically pay a little more here. Service is always a challenge because I «travel loaded» with two kids and they(servers) were fine! Ha!!! Serve us good & hot food, keep my water full, napkins on the table & an eye on how full /empty my beer is and I’ll be back! Guess what … I’ll be back.

I love Johnny’s Pizza! Stopped by today for some take away lunch. My favorite«lady chef» was cooking(BTW she’s always spot on). I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the bar area and the way I was greeted by my server. Maybe she was having a bad day but she was kinda snippy. Outside of that it’s a great location and the service has always been the tops outside of this one experience.

This is usually one of the places I go when I can’t figure out what I want to eat and everything is about to close. The pizza here isn’t all that special — just decent. I’ve tried a couple of different kinds(deluxe, meat, veggie), but none of them have blown my socks off. What I do like, however, is their garlic cheese bread. Super, super garlicky and delicious. The service at this location isn’t the best either. Everyone usually seems distracted and more concerned with socializing than providing good service.

The pizza is pretty good. Dining in is ok, but I’m giving two stars based on the take out takes for ever. It always seems like I have to wait for 20−30mins after I arrive after I call in 20 – 30 mins earlier before I get my take out order… it seems like they they are always understaffed. last time I saw my pie come out and sit on top of the oven for at least minutes before they got around to giving it to me… I was so just leave with out it but had already paid.

Different location still mediocre food. The pizza was bland and under cooked just like at other locations. Wait staff was pretty bad. Tables wouldn’t get cleared despite there being a line of folks at the door. This would be three stars but they lose a star for terrible service.

I have returned now, a few times and clearly someone fixed the soggy undercooked pizza problem! Pizza is definitely improved, although I have still on occasion had to send a pie back for a few more minutes in the oven.(The cheese is supposed to be browned boys!!!) Infortunately the place still suffers from a facility filled with college aged employees that really don’t seem to give a crap about their place of business. Walk into this place during dinner and you will be greeted by a sign that says seat yourself. But try and find a clean table to seat your family at is another story. Sit at a booth and hope that the light bulb isn’t burned out on the only clean table on the place or that the beer you want is kicked(Really? You’re out of Miller Lite again??? Who ever is in charge of ordering the beer, order 1 or 2 more kegs next week ding-dong!) Also, lighting at the bar is horrible. You’re almost there. Just care a little more about your facility and patrons and BINGO!

I’ve been to a few Johnny’s Pizza’s. This one is definitly not great. The service was pretty slow, and its like they didn’t but enough sauce on the pizza.
