Bad service and always mess up the order. Even if I ask them to repeat the order, they won’t repeat all details. This place sux big time. Go to wadegreen Taco Bell & kfc!!!

I don’t think even 1 star is deserved in this case. Please note, not because of the one employee that served me, she was polite and nice, BUT the place was dirty and I could not find the health inspection score, but it could not have been high. Needless to say, I will never eat hear again. Everything was dirty all around, no hair nets, no gloves, and the employees where not tidy and did not exercise cleanliness… By the way, I got to see all this with time because it took a long time to get my order. The employee did not even know the menu. I had to explain to her what came with my meal. I recommend you do not eat here.

This location is so slow! Food takes forever to come out & ½ the time your order is wrong. I had hoped when they remodeled it would have gotten better but unfortunately that is not the case. There are a lot of restaurants nearby choose someplace else.

S – L – O – W ANDINEFFECTIVE! My husband and I were ravenous and decided to stop here for something simple, just chicken wings and tacos. This is one of the few places that I can get whole grilled wings so I was pleased to finally see this restaurant. There were minimal cars in the lot and only two in line at the drive-thru. We had an unreasonable wait prior to reaching ordering screen, and I was ready to just leave. Since I was with my husband who has the patience of Jesus, I knew that I would be waiting a while if necessary. I settled in and just bit my tongue We finally made it to the window and things just seemed to get worse. Apparently the guy in the window, although very polite, was very new. We also believe that he was multi-tasking as well, because he would take part of our order step away, come back add another item and step away. We had to repeat our order several times. We finally complete the ordering process and move forward. After a while, everything gets really quiet and I look at my husband who has his head cocked to the side and is staring into space. So I’m thinking: if «Jesus» is starting to zone out, we have definitely been sitting here too long. I suggest that we leave, but you know little Jesus is just hanging in there! We start with the«he’s so slow» jokes and after a while it gets quiet again. I’m dying and after another millennium passes, it finally occurs to my husband that there really is a limit to poor and ineffective service. We end up leaving without the food and found a better option down the road. This location definitely needs some attention.

641pm. Placed order for 12 chicken tenders. 647 guy in front asks guy in back if he had more tenders cooking. Guy in back says starting now. It’s a chicken place. None ready. But biggest issue is the delay in starting to cook. Sign of poor management and poor second level management for not training people properly. Same story as past 3 times to kfc. Different cities and states. This is cultural. Bad company. Say good bye to my money. Not much but maybe 50 dollars per year. One client at a time is how companies close.
