The worst place ever. I waited ten minutes in drive thru for a Grande meal. My total was 16.82. I was late for work because of this. My order was wrong and Santana the manager told me they couldn’t do nothing about it. So I checked my online banking and they charged me for something else for a total of 4.42. I never received a receipt for that order. I am aware of Roswell taco bell were stealing people’s card number. So I’m calling the police as we speak. AND I’m sitting in there parking lot waiting on them to open so I can talk to the store manager.

I hate to say this because I really do not like being negative, but after being a customer of this restaurant for about 15 years, I think it’s time. Once you consider all of the KFC/Taco Bell restaurants within a 20 mile radius of my home, this one restaurant has to be the worst. Yes, I know you will question why I keep going there if it is so bad, and you would be right to do so. This restaurant is .2 miles from my house, so when I need a quick taco«fix» it’s hard to pass it by. I keep hoping someone from the corporate offices will step in and fix what is wrong here, but so far nothing has been done. This restaurant has been recently freshened up with new paint and window dressing, but nothing has been done to fix the real reason this place only gets two stars. The food and the paint is not the issue, it’s the rude, slow, lazy, and indifferent employees that the management keeps hiring that drags this restaurant down so much. Please Taco Bell, why do you keep hiring people at this restaurant year after year that act like they are doing You a favor by being there, and care nothing about how long you have to wait or if your order is correct?
