McDonald’s

Filthy!
Ordered four meals and only one was correct.
Two other patrons next to our table also did not receive correct orders.
As well as two other people in line waiting for their orders to be corrected.
And to reiterate one more time, filthy!!!

On the top of McDonald’s receipts it states «if you go online and take our survey you will get a free sausage biscuit or a free mc chicken»… I have gone to this McDonald’s for a long time now and I have always done the survey because — it’s free food!!! This morning I went to McDonald’s and I went inside to get the sausage biscuit, I had taken the survey the night before.
They denied me the sausage biscuit because they claimed the code wasn’t correct. This is ridiculous & I will never be back to this McDonald’s

When one considers McDonald’s one might think, «Oh, I don’t expect much — it’s just McDonald’s.» But then one might not be at THIS McDonald’s where low expectations are never low enough. This place is horrible. I mean ESPECIALLY horrible.
If you see me in line at this McDonald’s just go ahead and pull me out of my car and kick me in the nethers, because it will be more pleasant than my dining experience. I only go to McDonald’s because my children beg. Well after this last fiasco of a visit I hope it will be my LAST fiasco of a visit.
Food wrong? [X]
Long wait for wrong food? [X]
Cheese on order where I requested NO cheese? [X]
Food cold and stale? [X]
Extra mustard when I asked for extra ketchup? [X]
Surly wait staff? [X]
Food missing from order? [X]
Sure your food will be cold and wrong, but at least the staff will be disinterested. I’m one of those people who have thought at times, «sure they’re not service oriented, but they make minimum wage…» But I’ve worked minimum wage jobs too, and I never gave lackluster service like this.
Do not go to this McDonald’s. This place hasn’t just turned me off of THIS McDonald’s, it’s turned me off of ALL McDonald’s. If the food here was free, I’d recommend taking my chances with hunger.

Well, let’s just say they give fast food a new name!!! I had time to browse my instagram feed, look through reviews on here, and still had time to write this review. They take FOR EVER!!! all I ordered was 2 salads! To top it off, I still had a wait of 7 – 8 minutes for crispy chicken. I wasn’t informed of this till after they charged my card… and then… they told me that they were out of the dressing.. soooo… I had time to do the above, post my review, and then go back to edit my review and I’m still sitting here… waiting waiting and waiting for my salads. I couldn’t leave because there were cars behind and in front of me!

Go here to get your food totally wrong and get treated like crap from the black girl behind the counter because she gets your food wrong. And they want 15 dollars an hour. They shouldn’t get any stars but you have to at least give it 1 to post a review.

This McDonalds has a dishonest manager. When you order a Meal today using the meal number they upgrade it without asking. I ordered a #4 breakfast meal (bacon, egg, biscuit) with a coke. it should have cost $ 4.99 + tax. The bill came to $ 5.91. This happened to me once before here. Other locations do not have this dishonest practice.

Perhaps if they used their words I wouldn’t have to use my finger to reciprocate. Cold fries, burgers that can be used as weapons and room temperature coffee. I realize it’s McDonalds and not a 5 star restaurant but at least try to cook the food.
