Nice people, lots of flavor in the pork and the green beans were well seasoned. Did I mention the people were nice?

I’ve never eaten at the Woodstock location, only the food truck that’s in my neighborhood. I was so upset today because they were closed!!! I LOOOVVVEEEE the food! My favorite is the Pulled Pork, coleslaw, Mac and cheese, even the tea and lemonade!!!
Is the Woodstock location a brick and mortar or also a truck?

BBQ was good. We had chopped chicken, brisket, ribs, & kid’s pulled pork. Nice smokey flavor. Chicken was very moist not dry. Ribs sandwich was a little different, the ribs were still on the bone. So my daughter ate the ribs then ate the roll but ribs were delicious not too fatty. Loaded fries with pork were okay, not my thing. But the baked beans had a really nice flavor. Brisket was the best we’ve had in the area.

Uncle C’s has been around for a while, just not at this location. It was a food truck in another life. I have been waiting for them to get a stand alone restaurant for a while. Their pulled pork is the best around, Sides are great ie coleslaw and great Brunswick stew as well as baked beans and greens. All very tasty. I’m looking forward to them being there a long time.

I love this place! Their ribs are St. Louis style, so meaty and flavorful. The potato salad is so much better than most barbecue places and my son loves the coleslaw! The people are super friendly and treat you like family. I hope they stay around, because this is our new barbecue joint.

Outstanding! The pork sandwich and brunswick stew were awesome, and the ribs were the best I’ve ever had! If you like bbq, this is one of those places that you have to try. I’m definitely a regular from now on.

Fantastic value for what is served. The pulled pork, brunswick stew, and macaroni and cheese were all delicious. Service was impeccable! This is a little diamond in the rough, we will be back for sure!

I ordered a jumbo chopped pork sandwich and it was delicious! Add some of their bbq sauce or the spicy bbq sauce and it was pretty amazing. Also, had some mac and cheese that cheesier than usual side dish that I have received at other bbq joints. When I went the ribs weren’t ready so that was a little disappointing but I enjoyed the chopped pork and definitely devoured it.

Great value for the money and real friendly service!
First off, I’m not sure if this place has an exact address but this is the nearest that I could get. They operate out of a little trailer at the corner of Bells Ferry and Highway 92… across the street from the Waffle House.
The ribs here are excellent, it’s $ 13 for a half-​rack and you get some really good-​size, meaty ribs. I stopped by here last Saturday after watching this place for awhile. It’s hard to miss if you’re in the area… you’ll see the guy with his smoker out on the side of the road cooking the ribs. The seasoning is really good and the meat has a deep smokey flavor. The service is really good also, the people that operate this stand are extremely friendly. The sauce here, while good, didn’t set my world on fire but thats mostly because I compare everyone’s sauce to Fatt Matt’s…which is the best in the universe in my opinion and probably set a bar that nobody else can reach.
This place is already very popular in this area, there was a constant stream of people in and out of here while I was eating. I can see these guys having a restaraunt somewhere soon… they’re that good.
When you come here, bring cash because that’s all they accept and if you want to eat there, it’s all outside. If not, you have to take it home.
It’s worth the trip if you love good BBQ!
