I ordered a yearly planner online and relied on the photograph on the site to be an accurate depiction of the planner size. The planner arrived and was smaller than the photograph. I called Beeyond and was told that there were only 6 large planners left in this design. I was instructed to return the planner return postage at my cost and exchange it for the large planner which would again cost postage. I insisted that the planner shown on the website had 17 white rings on the binder and was the larger planner posted for the smaller measurements in the description. I noted that the photograph was«corrected,» and now shows the correct planner that matches the measurements in the description. Beeyond hung up on me and offered no resolution. I filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs.
