I’ve been here a couple of times now. Ever since the embroidery kiosk in the mall left, I had to find a place that does single item embroidery. I tried a place in Lombard, but I wasn’t happy with the turn around time and it was hard to get a hold of someone for status. So I found this place online so I’ve had no issues doing business with them ever since. Mike and Javeed were very helpful the average turnaround time for embroidery is typically 7 – 8 days. But since mine was a Christmas gift they were accommodating and was done in a couple of days. I would recommend asking for prices and turn around time of your orders. It’s located on a side street and parking so it’s a bit tight so be careful. You can see the actual machines in the shop through their windows as they do your typical printing and embroidery by the bulk. The prices are comparable to other printing shops that I’ve seen before. I like that this location is in my local town as I try to support the small businesses by me. Overall, I haven’t had an issue with my orders from this place. I will be coming back here again for that«special» embroidery touch.

WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER– SAVEYOURSELFTHEDISAPPOINTMENTANDGOELSEWHERE I had been working with Jaaved on getting a few hats done for our Summer collection for the last 4 months and have encountered nothing but disappointment and shortcomings throughout the entire process. I was going to pull the plug on everything after they missed the first deadline so I could bring samples to share with my partners in AZ back in March, and left me going there to meet with my partners empty handed. Jaaved then replied and told me about the health issues his father had been facing and these delays would no longer be an issue. I showed compassion and understanding with the situation and decided to continue to moving forward on the project with them. Over a month ago I placed an order for two sample hats and they were supposed to be in the final stages of getting them made for me to present to my partners in Europe this weekend, and yet again it’s appearing as though this deadline will be blown and I’ll be going there empty-handed. I’ve emailed more than 6 times and left just as many voicemails over the last week, none of which have been returned. This lack of response in communication and professionalism is unacceptable and greatly impacts my ability to meet the deadlines that I am dealing with. I’ve put my faith in their business and am being let down, yet again. Bottom line, if you need something done on a deadline that’s over a month away, go somewhere else because these guys don’t care what your deadline is and will likely not be returning your calls as the deadline approaches.

These guys are wonderful. They do huge jobs here — MLB, NHL, etc. — the samples are hanging on the wall. However, no job is too small. I called them last minute on a Friday wanting a t-shirt printed that day for a dinner party that night. They let me bring in my own new shirt and printed for me that day! Very reasonable price. Super friendly customer service too. Will definitely use them again.

I ordered polos with embroidery from Chicago Printing and Embroidery. I had heard good things, and the shirts were a middling price from the other quotes I received. The shirts and design turned out well and were just what I had asked for. However, they quoted my order to be ready on Wednesday. When I went to pick them up on Friday, not only were the shirts not finished, but they had not even been started. I needed the polos for the following day, so I asked when they could be finished. They stated it would take an hour. If only would take an hour, why were my shirts not completed sometime in the 7 business days since I submitted my payment? I waited for just under two hours in the shop. One employee actually yelled at me in front of other customers and employees, claiming he would cut up the shirts and throw them out. I wasn’t quite sure why my presence bothered him so much, but his reaction made me feel pretty lousy. While the shirts ended up being nice, the company had difficulty with filling the request on time. Additionally, I thought the customer service was incredibly poor. The slight discount on shirts is not enough to entice me to go there again.
