Dan came out to our home to replace a broken spring on our garage door. He arrived the same day to provide service. Dan pointed out to us that the drywall in our garage wall was tearing off which may have been part of the problem. He offered to repair that issue as well with no additional cost! We are extremely pleased with his quick and efficient service. My fiancé and I will definitely use DC Garage Door and Services in the future!

What a great service. Heard a big boom Sunday evening coming from the garage. Apparently the springs broke. Called DC Monday afternoon. They couldn’t get out til Wed morning, which was fine. 8am the tech showed up and was done by 845. He was friendly & professional. Answered all the questions i had. Use a Unilocal deal but the price it self was still reasonable.

I was watching TV and heard a loud noise like a spring snapped. I went to garage and didn’t see anything and did not realize it was garage spring till next morning when I’m trying to leave for work. Called these guys at 1030a and they came out around 3p and knew problem from what I told them over phone. Fixed same day! Thank you

My tenants advised the garage door was making some noise so I looked on Unilocal for a service company. Saw all the good reviews for DC Garage & decided to give them a try. One call & they were there next day. I received the call after their inspection & was advised time for a new garage door. It was splitting down in the middle. I was presented with 3 different level of grade & prices. I selected a double steel insulated door & scheduled the installation. In few mins I received a call was advised they also have a door that’s on clearance & it’s the same kind. I asked them to text me the color which they did. The color worked fine with my house & I saved over hundred dollars. That’s what I call awesome service! Our new garage door looks great. Thank you for a great job. I hope you continue with this great service.

I needed to get the bottom seal on my garage door replaced. I found an ad for DC Garage Door on Craigslist and immediately contacted them after checking out their website. After leaving a message I got a call back from Dan who went over the cost of replacing the seal. He was available to come out the next day. I told him I would need him to come out in the morning.
I was pleasantly surprised the next morning to get a call around 7:50 AM saying he was on his way. He was very nice and stated it would take a half hour to put up the new seal. After finishing the seal he noted that my right lift cable was very rusty and he pointed out one day it may snap. It was one of those things that is a crap shoot whether to wait on fixing or to repair while he’s there. I rolled the dice and told him to make the repair. He replaced both the left and right cables and the bottom door fixtures.
Overall I was happy with the work and I was able to take advantage of their current Unilocal offer which saved me $ 50.

I’ve been using Dan at DC Garage Door for several years. He’s done work on two garages for me and I have refereed him to several friends and all were very happy with him.
