I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are prompt, which for me is huge, courteous, kind and understanding through a fairly gross ordeal. We called them and they were out that day. We called two other places prior to them and gave us appointments weeks from then. Considering the situation you want to get it taken care of asap. They came at exactly the time we were quoted, answered all our questions with patience and understanding. Vladimir was through and came for a follow up, again at the exact time he quoted. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!! YOU DO NOT NEED TO CALL ANYONE ELSE.

Vladimir and George could not have been more amazing throughout the entire process. We moved into an apartment three months ago that was infested with bed bugs in the walls but had no idea about it. We’ve moved out already since the landlords were not cooperative on having the entire duplex treated but Windy City Pest Control could not have been more incredible for clearing the issue within our specific apartment. They came the day I realized we had a problem and were so kind and thoughtful during the whole process. I was freaking out as I am a clean freak and terrified of bugs (and pregnant!) but they explained the entire process to me and even treated our apartment three times (though typically they do two treatments) because we were moving and wanted to make sure the bed bugs didn’t follow us. They literally were at my beckon call and understood how important it was for us to be bed bug-​free before we moved out of that horrible apartment situation. I would recommend them to anyone — They have fair prices, they will answer all your questions (I called 4 times and Vladimir was kind and patient with me with each call), and they resolved our issue within 2 weeks. I am beyond grateful for them and the way they handled our problem. DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM — LITERALLY THEY ARE THE BEST!

About a month ago I had a bad ant problem in my house. The ants were coming in through the front of my windows and help themselves into my kitchen and bathroom. My 2 yr old daughter was so afraid of them that she lived on the couch. My husband sprayed them with vinegar and water which helped for a while but the ants kept coming back. Finally I decided to call the Windy City bed bug specialists. Vlad is the owner of the company and also a good friend of my from high school. I told Vlad the problem that I was having and without a doubt took care of my insect problem. He was very thorough and told me to give it 2 wks and if they come back no charge. I would give this company 5 stars. Everyone is polite and gets the job done right the first time around.

So far, so good… I called Windy City out when my apartment managers wouldn’t send anyone to treat for bed bugs for 7 days (they have yet to come out). I couldn’t stand to be home knowing that I could possibly have bed bugs, and exposing myself and my children to them… soooo nasty!!!
I called Windy City and got Vladimir one of the owners on the phone right away. He was so informative that I decided to have them come out, they were able to be there within 2 hours. Vladimir and his brother and co-​owner George did a thorough inspection of my unit, all while explaining in detail the whole treatment process and prevention. They were really on point with providing a detailed report and receipt for payment right away via email. They did the initial treatment and will be doing a follow up treatment in a week; they will also be giving me a 90 day guarantee once I am found to be bed bug free, which is something most companies won’t do… I was super please with their service and their genuine concern for me and this horrible situation. They had a way of explaining things that really put me at ease… I would have given 5 stars but wanted to wait to see how the final treatment would go, but overall they are great!
