Encore Payment Systems

A male identifying himself only as «Bill from Encore» called my business and asked for me by name. I responded: This is he and how can I help you? Bill immediately began asking about my company and do we accept credit cards? As I had never heard of «Encore» and our website clearly states the credit cards we accept, I became suspicious of the caller’s intent. So I asked Bill «What is Encore?» Bill ignored my question and repeated his questions about my business and if we accept credit cards? When I asked again «What is Encore?» Bill hung up. So, I called the telephone number back and was put into a voice mail for someone identifying themselves as: «Kiante Jeffries of Encore Payment Systems.»
CONCLUSION: This call from: 859−545−2310 and «Bill at Encore» is most likely some less than reputable boiler-​room telemarketing operation trying to obtain credit card information from businesses.

Never ever ever sign up or do any type of business with this company!!! If you see any of their sale rep run or tell them to f*** off! This company is deceiving, the employees are conniving tricksters! They will do and say anything to get you sign up for their contract and then disappear on you and let you deal with an expensive mess!!! They tell you one thing and sign you up for another without your knowledge. They will not tell you the full detail of the contract and will rush you through it, get your signature and then you will be screwed royally. Future customers if you do decide to go with this lying thieving company please read every fine print and details fully before signing or agreeing to anything. You will be lock in a 4 years lease for an equipment you can buy out right for $ 300-​$ 400 (top of the line) instead of this lease they trick you into and you end up paying over $ 2000 and at the end of it all. The quipments isn’t even yours!!! The payment service is another contract they will trick you with, you don’t get your money the next day, you get them 2 – 5 days later, and they take their percentage out at the end of the day. Encore payment system is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Thank God I got out of it with out having to spend a penny with them! Know your rights and don’t let them scare you force you to stay!!! Cancel cancel cancel and run while you can!!!

This company service is terrible they charged a lot different fee, they even steal my money $ 113.66, here is story on 3÷13÷15 I have non settle 113.66 which did not deposit into my bank account I call encore payment system at least 4 time and they told me that amount 113.66 was charge by my customer using American Express card so I call American Express customer service with encore customer service on 3 way calling, American Express customer service ask encore payment customer service for transaction number so they can trace $ 113.66 for me, encore fail to provide valid number then encore told me they will investigate then call me they never call me back, as today 4÷17÷15 they still holding my money it more than 4 weeks. I plan to report to BBB and authority which I consider they are bunch of crook doing bad business, Stay away from Encore payment system

Telemarketing scumbags as well. Call repeatedly after being advised the number they’re robo-​dialing is a RESIDENTIAL number and not the business they think it is. Robo-​dialing residential phone numbers on the Federal DO NOT CALL list is doubly illegal, but their lying rep says there is no such thing as a DNC list.
Do not sign a contract with law-​breakers like this operation.

Truly don’t know how these people sleep at night. Probably on the piles of money they extort from hard working people.

Encore has several services beyond the terminal that really helps bring in extra revenue. Their sales reps are very educated on their products and really keep the merchant in the best interest. Great company indeed!

Encore really showed us how to read our statement and keep an eye on our transactions on line. The rep was very helpful and gave us every needed cust service number

Thieves indeed, do not get mixed up with these lying, cheating losers. They make it nearly impossible to get out of your contract without spending hundreds of dollars. The contract will renew automatically, takes 90 days notice, etc. AND you cannot get clear information from anybody until it’s too late. Who charges $ 95/​year annual fee anymore! RIP OFF!!!

Thieves. They told me I have a 60 days free evaluation period, I cancelled the day after because their service was a mess and they charged me $ 25 as a months fee
