They don’t even deserve 1 star!!! This place is awful!!! I had gone there many times in the past but this was my first time back in about 8 months. They must have either changed owners or just got all different staff that didn’t know what they are doing. I went with a friend this past weekend and I am still sore and hurting from all parts of my body. First, she started at my scalp as normal, however she didn’t run but used her finger nails and scratched my scalp on to my forehead so hard I was afraid she was going to leave marks. Then on to my face with a greasy lotion. I’ve never had my jowls and cheeks rubbed so hard. My whole face is still tender. The back of my neck hurts to touch. When she massaged my back she literally put her knees on my butt and put her whole body on my back. The whole experience was completely different than any other time we have been. They are supposed to focus on pressure points and I didn’t feel any of this in my hands or feet. To top this all off they were extremely rude, noisy other people in back, she kept stopping to either answer phone, talk to someone in back room. And when she was done with the tub of water, instead of pushing it aside and continuing on with massage she stopped to take it in back and wash it… while I’m waiting for her to continue my 60 minute massage. On the bright side I think this was a good thing since her «massage technique» was like a angry person trying to get out her aggression. When I flinched or pulled away she seemed to press harder. It used to be such a great place to go and my friends and I would go almost every weekend. This time we both agreed it’s time to try somewhere new.

Just went inside to get a massage. Mistake number one. The lady at the front desk seemed to hate her job and made us feel like outcasts. We asked for a full body massage and she said we don’t have time for that. And was okay with us leaving! So rude

Joy is the best, I have been to numerous massage places but Joy is the best at Fcozy. I bought a friend to there and he was very please and want to bring his wife and boss next time around. He also said she is the best compare to other massage places he went to.

Ok they would have been rated 5 stars but my masseuse was Joy (she was great) but answered the phone during my massage. That didn’t help my relaxation that was/​is much needed. The setting is decent however there is tons of outside noise that is also very distracting. If I lived here I would definitely give it another try.

I really didn’t like that they put lotion on my face, they did it first thing and I have acne prone skin so it was hard to not think about my lotion filled pores for the entire hour. Next time I will remember to ask them not to. Also, there were other employees there that were loud and wouldn’t even answer the phone when she was massaging me so she had to stop what she was doing with me and answer the phone. Maybe they should have a team work meeting haha

$ 30 for 60 min sounds good to me.
Call ahead of time to make sure they have a spot open for you.
First time: It was painful only because I wasn’t used to the intense swedish-​like massage but I loved that they did it from head to toe.
Second time: Felt amazing after having a food coma and my body was used to the intensity. Both times I got a female masseuse and was accompanied by a friend.
Third time: I called ahead of time and let them know I wanted to do 60 min. I go in by myself and got a male masseuse and let him know I was doing the 60 min massage. I’m sorry but it was horrible. He put on way too much oil on my back to where I was feeling ticklish. Then he started massaging me in places I KNOW they shouldn’t massage you. He kept going under my bra on the side and I just froze because at the time I really didn’t know what to do. Then he went onto massaging my stomach. Another place I’m pretty sure they are not supposed to touch you. So I sat there for an hour feeling uncomfortable and anxious to leave. As I’m paying he tells me I got the 70 min. massage…
My sister had him the last time we went together and didn’t have anything bad to say so idk if it was bc I was by myself or what but I know to steer clear of him bc of that experience.
I went back there with a friend bc my previous massages were great and I had been wanting her to try it. We just made sure to get female masseuses.

I love this place. I’m from nj and work in NYC and nowhere do they stretch you out massage you like they do here and for $ 40!!! The only thing that would make this place better is if the phone was in a space where I couldn’t hear it ring. Otherwise no better value!

prices are relative decent. the foot massages are combined with some back and upper body work. my masseuse (joy) was awesome.
pro-​tip. check your valpak (or online) for coupons. 20 bucks for a 60 minute foot massage is freaking awesome.

Nice and quiet and I really got way more out of it than I expected. Along with foor reflexology they also rub and stretch you in all of the other areas that are holding tension. I was feeling really sick and they totally relaxed me and stretched me and I feel the detox already. The price is incredible. So glad I came across this place.

One of Dallas’ best kept secrets! The staff is amazing, they do not speak much English but they are friendly and will tend to your needs. At first they soak your feet in hot water while they work on the other parts of your body. You will get the best foot massage ever in life. They will massage every toe, fingertip, etc. The prices are unbelievable… $ 20 for 30mins, $ 30 for and hour and $ 60 for an hr and 30 mins. My search for a massage place in the DFW area is over. they are open everyday 10am– 10pm and its a great place to pop in right after work or on the weekends. I love FCozy! Thank you for being awesome.
