Extremely disappointing. My husband ordered roses for me for Valentine’s Day through ProFlowers which apparently subbed the order to Floral Concepts. It cost over $ 100. It was poorly arranged, with no decoration, in a cheap clear vase, with a few fern leaves around the bottom edge. There was no balance, no evenness, no «arrangement». It just looked as if someone had plopped the roses down in the center of the vase and let them fall where they may. I called the florist, who wanted to send me another. I didn’t want another from this florist and asked for our money back. She declined. I would never order from this company again. The $ 100 my husband spent could have bought a beautiful bouquet from Central Market. Very disappointing. Poor customer service. Not helpful.

I was Very disappointed I have used Floral concepts for a few plus years and in the beginning she was what I would call quality in customer service and product. I had flowers delivered to my office on a regular schedule and for personal use. I do not know what has happened with their professionalism but the last two times we had to return for exchange. The arrangement was lacking balance and quality. This time is the third time and we requested a refund. What an attitude she had no apology just excuses and attacks. My advice shop around, there’s better.

My boyfriend has sent me quite a few arrangements from Floral Concepts and it seems like every time they out do the last one. The flowers from here are beautiful and always last a very long time. I’ve even started ordering a few arrangements for friends birthdays and Sheila the owner is always so helpful in making sure I get something beautiful made. My friends are always happy with what has been sent. Thanks Floral Concepts!!!

Poor customer service. I received flowers and sent a picture to the person who sent them. They said the arrangement looked nothing like the picture online. The sender called the florist and the florist picked up the arrangement and brought another one. This one had a similarity to the online picture, but the design was terrible. Different heights, not congruent, some roses looked like they were dying. Also, the arrangement was not proportionate to the cost. I could have purchased the flowers in a bunch from the grocery store, cut the stems, put them in a vase and it would have looked better. When I called the florist and spoke with Sheila, the owner, she suggested that I buy my flowers elsewhere and hung up on me. If you don’t mind that your arrangement wont turn out like the picture online and customer service isn’t important to you, then Floral Concepts is the way to go. If you would like the product that you pay for to be the product that you receive AND you would like to be treated well as a customer, DONOT use Floral Concepts.

I forgot to order corsages for my two young daughters, for a father-daughter dance we were attending. I called around a few hours before the dance, looking for someone who could help. Floral Concepts came through and made some great corsages on short notice. They even took the time to make sure they fit my daughters’ wrists. Great service, great product.

AMAZINGLYSPECTACULAR! This is by far my favorite florist I have ever used! Every flower, every arrangement, every time is beautiful and long lasting. If you go into the store they are always so friendly, helpful, and make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. I cannot say emphasize enough how happy everyone I know has been when I have recommended Floral Concepts for their occasion!
